When I spawn in a arts and crafters then get a notebook when he is mad it doesn't give me the achievement you should fix it or add a button that will make him automatically mad when ever he spots you
Go To the Mein Menu and Do Up Up Down Down Left Right Left Right B A (Konami Code) And Then You Have to Do a Boss Fight, Win the Fight and In Story Mode You Have to Pause the Game and Then Toggle It on And Then Press Tab!
never mind i figured out how to do it here is how in case you have the same problem: activate it open it in the pause menu press escape (esc key) and use a feature from the mod menu you should be able to open and close is with tab i hope this helped someone
