To use the mod menu ingame press "ESC" to go to the pause menu and enable it from there to open the menu press "Tab"

1.7.1 sucks because you need to beat killdare to unlock the mod menu! And killdare has like 450 hp, please make the fight easier by changing killdare's hp to 1 hp and I will use 1.7.1 again!
dude, that's not how boss fights work. plus, it's a fun way to feel like you've obtained something by doing that.

The debug menu counts as a modifier even though it isn't even in the same menu. >:(
